Los Angeles Conservation Corps (LACC) has submitted a request for access, with a term beginning in early July and ending October 31, to conduct a pilot program for non-motorized boating on the Los Angeles River through the Sepulveda Basin.
The Corps invites the general the general public to submit comments on potential environmental impacts that could result from implementation of the proposal and alternatives. The public comment period on preparation of an EA for the proposal described above will extend from 17-June-2011 through 30-June-2011. All comments must be received by 5 p.m., June 30.
